⏺ 1 egg.
⏺ 1/2 cup gingerbread pecan butter.
⏺ 1/4 cup organic coconut sugar.
⏺ 1/2 tsp baking soda.
⏺ 3/4 cup Thrive Market] organic cashew flour.
⏺ 1/2 cup Thrive Market] organic tigernut flour

Let's bake👩🍳:

1️⃣ Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
2️⃣ In a large bowl whisk egg. Next add gingerbread pecan butter, coconut sugar, and baking soda. Mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Add flours. Mix until well combined.
4️⃣ Fold in chocolate + pecans.
5️⃣ Drop dough by cookie scoop on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Gently insert more chocolate on top (optional.)
6️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes.
7️⃣ Remove cookies from the oven and allow them to cool.
8️⃣ Have a cookie party in your mouth 👄, enjoy!

Ingredients
* 1 cup brown lentils
* 2 Tbsp Artisana Raw Organic Walnut Butter
* Quarter red onion
* 1 shallot bulb
* 1 bay leaf
* ¼ cup leeks
* ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
* 2 Tbsp miso paste (red or white)
* 1 Tbsp dried thyme
* 2 Tbsp olive oil
* 1 Tbsp avocado oil
* Half a lemon
* Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Boil the lentils with the bay leaf for about 20 min, until soft.
2. While the lentils are cooking, fry the shallot, red onion, and leeks in avocado oil and thyme.
3. Drain the cooked lentils, and add all of the ingredients into a high powered blender, or food processor, including the sauteed ingredients.
4. Serve with fresh cut vegetables or gluten free bread for dipping. Enjoy!

* BUTTERNUT SQUASH SAUCE
* 2 cups cubed butternut squash
* ¼ cup Artisana Raw Organic Cashew Butter (can ¼ cup tahini)
* ½ onion – cut in half
* 4 garlic cloves
* 2 tsp curry powder
* 1 tsp turmeric
* 1 tsp cumin
* juice from 1 lime
* 1 Tbsp soy sauce
* 1 ½ cups vegetable broth
* CRISPY TOFU
* 1 block tofu – cut into triangles
* 1 Tbsp soy sauce
* 1 Tbsp oil
* 1 Tbsp arrowroot starch
* Pinch of pepper
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 packed cooked noodles of choice
* ½ cup fresh chopped mint
🟠 DIRECTIONS 🟠
* Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
* Toss tofu with all tofu ingredients until evenly coated. Add tofu to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
* Add onion, butternut squash and garlic cloves to the sheet pan.
* Bake veggies and tofu for 30 minutes. Cook your noodles while veggies are baking in a pot.
* Once baked, add cooked squash, onion and garlic to a blender along with the rest of the sauce ingredients. Blend until smooth.
* Mix together sauce with noodles and tofu. Top with mint. Enjoy!!!

* Crust
* 1 cup pecans
* 1 cup roasted hazelnuts
* 1 cup Artisana Raw Organic Pecan Butter (or our Walnut butter)
* 1 cup raisins
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
🧡 Pie Filling
* 2 cups of raisins soaked for 5 min in 1 cup of water- save the water!
* 2 cups of raisins soaked for 5 min in 1 cup of water- save the water!
* 1 cup Artisana Coconut Butter
* 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
* 1 tsp fresh minced ginger
* 1 can pumpkin puree (15oz)
* 1 tsp agar agar powder
* 1 cup coconut milk
* 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
* ¼ tsp salt
🧡 How to ::
1. Pulse the dry crust ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender until well combined and in little pieces. Add the pecan butter at the end. Make sure it is evenly distributed in the crust mix. Put into a 10 inch springform pan and distribute evenly and let cool in the freezer for 10 min to let it settle.
2. Add the coconut milk, spices and vanilla and agar into a small pot and heat on low. This should only take about 2-4 min. Whisk thoroughly and consistently to let the powders dissolve. Do not let it boil.
3. Right before the milk boils, turn off and let cool for a moment while the rest of the pie filling ingredients including the soaked raisins, are pulsed into a high powered blender. Use the water from the raisins as part of the mixture. Pulse for just 10-20 seconds to mix up the ingredients. Whisk the milk one last time together and pour the milk into the blender and blend until smooth for about 1 min.
4. Take the crust out of the freezer and pour the filling in. The agar will make the filling start to thicken once it’s cooled, so do this relatively quickly so it can thicken evenly. Place in the fridge for at least 45 min- 1 hour so it sets properly. Voila!

🥥 INGREDIENTS 🥥
CEVICHE
* 1 can of heart of palm
* 1 long english cucumber
* 1 bell red pepper
* 1 cup minced cilantro
* ½ red onion
* 1 cup cubed frozen mango, or fresh if you have available
CEVICHE SAUCE
* 1 Tbsp Artisana Organics Coconut Butter, softened
* ¼ cup salsa verde (tomatillo salsa)
* ¼ cup coconut milk, full fat
* 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
* ½ cup fresh lime juice
* Pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
* Dice all the vegetables into small little cubes. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl, Add in the pre-diced mangos.
* In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients. If the coconut butter is hard, soften it first over the stove in a separate pot. Note* You will yield more sauce than what is needed for the recipe. Store the rest in the fridge for up to 5 days.
* Pour about a fourth of the ready sauce over the vegetables and mix up. If you want more sauce, you can add more bit by bit. Suggestion: Serve with fresh tortilla chips, and enjoy! 🙂

INGREDIENTS-
- 3/4 cup vegan Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
- 3 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoon key lime zest (regular lime works, too
- 2 tablespoons agave or maple syrup
- Crunched vegan graham cracker crumbs
- pistachios
- Macadamia nut butter 🙌🏻🤤
- Extra Vegan greek yogurt
- Extra lime zest and lime slices
DIRECTIONS -
1. In a mixing bowl, add the oats, coconut, v Greek yogurt, v cream cheese, lime zest, sweetener of choice, lime juice, and coconut milk.
2. Mix thoroughly, cover and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours or ideally overnight.
3. Once you’re ready to serve, add half the mixture to a bowl, and top with fresh lime slices, small dollops of the macadamia nut butter, Greek yogurt, pistachios, and extra lime zest.

#🥗 ALMOND ASPARAGUS FETA SALAD - With Vegan feta cheese.
We love it crunchy! This mediterranean inspired salad using our almond butter and orange blossom for the dressing is so fresh and simply DELISH. As always, our Almond butter kicks the dressing up a few notches!
INGREDIENTS
🥗 SALAD
* 1 large navel orange (or whichever variety you prefer)
* Vegan feta cheese, cut cubed
🥗 DRESSING
* 1 heaping Tbsp Artisana Organics Almond Butter
* 1 tsp Orange blossom water
* 1 Tbsp raw honey
* 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
* 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
* Handful of fresh thyme leaves
* Handful of fresh basil
* Dash of water
* Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
* Thinly slice in a diagonal direction the asparagus- make sure they are really thin, to keep it crunchy.
* Slice the skin of the orange and all the white, leaving just the orange. Cut pieces from each quadrant.
* Prepare the dressing by thinly cutting the basil leaves. Add ingredients in a mason jar and with a fork stir and mix thoroughly together. The fresh basil and thyme will add an extra bit of herbal spice to the palate.
* Mix asparagus and orange slices together and add in cubed vegan feta cheese. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.

These no bake candy bars are such a delight to eat and are simple to make. They consist of a shortbread cookie dough layer, cashini caramel layer, and a decacdent chocolate coating 🥰
I am obsessed with the new Cashini Butter by , and you need it in your life too! It's a mix of raw cashew butter and raw tahini butter, which is next level 🙌 It's a great source of healthy fats and plant based protein, and I love adding it to many recipes 💕
What you will need 👇
Shortbread Cookie Layer:
• 1 3/4 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup coconut flour
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
Cashini Caramel
• 1 cup cashini butter
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
Other Ingredients:
• 9 oz chocolate chips
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• Seasame seeds
• Edible Rose petals(optional)
Directions:
1) Make the no bake shortbread cookie dough by mixing the almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
2) Add the shortbread cookie cookie to silicone candy bar molds or a lined 8x8 baking dish. Press down and flatter out the cookie dough.
3) Make the Cashini Caramel by mixing the Cashini butter, maple syrup , and coconut oil. Add the Cashini caramel to the bar molds or 8x8 dish and smooth out. Place the bars in the freezer for 2 hours.
4) Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a bowl. Take the bars out of the freezer and carefully take out of the mold.(If using an 8x8 dish carefully, cut into 10 bars.) Dip each bar in the melted chocolate, and place on a parchment paper lined sheet pan to set.
5) Drizzle more chocolate over top of the bars and add some white sesame seeds and rose petals for a beautiful look.
6) Store in the fridge and enjoy!

Another one of my favorite cookie dough recipes! With my homemade Oreo crumble.
YIELD : 20-22 small or 12 larger bites
INGREDIENTS ✨
- Cookie Dough
1C almond flour
1/3C tapioca starch
Dash salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4C softened refined coconut oil (measured solid)
1/4C maple syrup (Use any sticky sweetener)
2 tbsp granulated sweetener (I use allulose or raw cane)
- Oreo cookie crumble ✨
1/4C Black or regular cocoa powder
2 tbsp refined coconut oil, softened
1/4C coconut flour or 1/2C almond flour
1/4C tapioca starch
1/4C granulated sugar of choice (I use xylitol)
- Cream Coating ✨
1/3C Coconut butter, melted
2/3C cashew butter
1/4C maple syrup
1/4C refined melted coconut oil
*may use 1 C melted vegan white chocolate & 1 tbsp coconut oil for the coating in a pinch
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl combine cookie crumb ingredients. Spread on baking sheet and Bake for 8 minutes . If crumble gets melted in oven let it cool and then use your hands to separate.
3. While crumble bakes, combine cookie dough. ingredients in another medium bowl. Stir the fully cooked Oreo crumble into the cookie dough mixture. Scoop dough into 1-2 tbsp sized balls, place on parchment lined sheet, and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
2. In another small bowl melt coconut butter, cashew butter and coconut oil.
3. Remove dough from freezer. Use a spoon or fork to dip balls into cream mixture. Coat each cookie dough ball thoroughly. Place on parchment paper again and freeze for 20 minutes to set.
4. Store in fridge or freezer

Needs ::
✨ 3 TBS of each - Cashew Cacao Spread + Artisana Hazelnut Cacao Spread
✨ 1/2 Cup Brown Rice (Cooked)
✨ 2 snack sized (We used chocolate chip - BEST TEXTURE!)
✨ 1/4 Cup of Chocolate Granola (We used )
✨Cinnamon to sprinkle on top (sprinkle your to your taste preference)
How to ::
- Put Rice in a bowl (can get warm or chilled)
- Cut up Perfect Bars to your desired size - place in bowl over the rice
- Pour granola evenly over rice and perfect bars
- Scoop out Cashew and Hazelnut Cacao spreads, add to the bowl
- Sprinkle the Cinnamon on top for a little kick!
- INDULGE!!

😋 Are you familiar with Hamantaschen cookies? - This version is a buttery, slightly nutty delight filled with the most delicious hazelnut cacao and cashew cacao spreads!
:: Cookie dough ::
6 Tablespoons butter (or vegan butter)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons Artisana Organics Almond Butter
2 Tablespoons plant milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
:: Filling ::

:: How to ::
1. Cream butter and both sugars
2. Mix in almond butter, milk, and vanilla and stir until combined
3. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until it forms a smooth dough ball
4. Chill the dough while you pre-heat the oven to 350
5. Roll chilled dough to 1/4 inch thick and use a round cookie cutter to cut out
6. In the center of each round, place about a teaspoon of filling. Don’t overfill or the cookies
will overflow
7. Fold the bottom up and the sides in to form a triangle, leaving a window in the middle to
show the filling. It’s important to overlap the seams in the corners (one flap under and one over) and to press the seams together so they are sealed up on the corners or the cookies may pop open while baking
8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden on the edges
9. Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the pan before transferring them to a rack to
cool
10. Enjoy!
