Due to many recent same-day cancellations, I've made revisions to my cancellation policy to clarify any misunderstandings.

I understand life happens and I'm in no way trying to penalize you for something that's outside of your control. However, I do run a business and this is my main stream of income. Imagine you showed up to work and your boss says hey I don't need you today so you're not getting paid. It's a very similar concept in this industry which is why these cancelation fees are in place. I'm always willing to work with you in a situation and as many of you know, I'm very open with communication.

Also, please don't assume that I can automatically fill your spot, especially on extremely short notice.
99% of the time when I post my last-minute openings they do not get filled so that is never a guarantee.
