We’ve received a lot of inquiries from younger groups and seniors, and honestly, we love being able to give people the opportunity to make those Ocean City memories with their friends. Senior Week and early summer trips are something special, and we’d love to be a part of it.

As hosts, all we ask is that someone responsible (25+ years old) makes the reservation and accepts responsibility for the stay, guests, and house rules. This helps protect both our property and your experience so everyone can have a great time safely and respectfully.
