This health journey is no joke but man is it worth it.
I think just knowing that I’m getting down to the root cause of my symptoms is life giving.

After so many drs appointments with zero help or direction, I feel empowered by educating myself and being my own advocate. I truly think conventional medicine is there for emergencies but man it’s currently not the answer to preventative care.

The line “you’re not sick enough” is bu****it. Yes, there are many people in front of me who need immediate help, but to tell me there’s nothing they can do for a year when the next appointment is, is unacceptable.
