Happy Sunday Y’all. I love my green hazels. Eyes are one of my favorite things about a person. Let’s see yours. I want to see all the different kinds of greens, blues, browns etc.

Just a feral little gremlin, running on caffeine, questionable decisions, and pure audacity. ✨🧌

Please admire from a safe distance. 😂

For most of my life, I was told how I should dress, what I should wear, and what I should and shouldn’t be doing simply because I’m a thicker woman with a bigger chest.

Somehow, anything I wore was automatically considered “provocative.”

A shirt that fit me differently.
A dress that showed my curves.
A bikini.
A little cleavage.

It was always “That’s too much.”
“You shouldn’t wear that.”
“People are going to think…”

But you know what?

I’m done dressing my body for other people’s comfort.

We should be proud of our bodies. ❤️
We shouldn’t feel like we have to hide ourselves because our bodies take up a little more space.

If you want to wear the bikini—WEAR THE BIKINI. 👙
Want to wear the shirt? WEAR THE SHIRT.
Want to wear the dress that shows every curve? WEAR THE DRESS.

Being thicker doesn’t make something you wear automatically provocative, inappropriate, or “asking for attention.”

A body is a body. A woman is a woman. And having curves doesn’t make us responsible for other people’s thoughts or judgments.

One day, I woke up and decided I was going to start doing what was best for ME.

What makes me feel good.
What makes me feel beautiful.
What makes me feel confident.

And I stopped caring about what other people thought—or what some man might judge me for.

Because at the end of the day, I have to live in this body. Not them.

So here’s your reminder:

Wear the damn bikini.
Take the picture.
Show the curves.
Take up space.
Feel beautiful.
And stop apologizing for existing in a body that doesn’t look like everyone else’s.

You don’t have to make yourself smaller to make someone else comfortable. ❤️‍🔥

Dating apps should let me filter by:

☑️ Emotionally available.
☑️ Can communicate without vanishing.
☑️ Thinks quality time is better than mixed signals.
☑️ Likes sarcasm.
☑️ Likes thick tattooed women.
☑️ Doesn’t need attention from every woman with Wi-Fi.
☑️ Will stop at Buc-ee’s without complaining.

Is that really asking too much? 😂

On today's Ashed and Delivered…💋

Dating in 2026 is wild. 😂

Let's play a game...

If someone keeps accusing you of...

👀 "You're unhealed."
👀 "You don't take accountability."
👀 "You're the problem."
..there's at least a chance they're describing the person they see in the mirror. 🪞

Sometimes the loudest accusations are the biggest projections.

Now it's your turn...

What's the biggest projection you've ever been accused of? Keep it respectful... I'm here for the comments. 🍿😂

🌿✨ **It’s the first of the month! Time to blow the cinnamon!** ✨🌿

If you've never heard of this tradition, many people believe that blowing a pinch of cinnamon through your front door on the first day of the month invites abundance, prosperity, success, and positive energy into your home.

As you blow the cinnamon in, some people like to say:

*"When this cinnamon blows, prosperity will enter. Abundance will come and stay. Money will flow, blessings will grow, and all good things will find their way."*

Whether you believe in the ritual itself or simply enjoy taking a moment to set positive intentions, it's a beautiful reminder to start the month with hope, gratitude, and an open heart.

Here's to new opportunities, answered prayers, unexpected blessings, and a month full of growth. ❤️

🍂 Have you done your cinnamon ritual today?
Tell me what you're hoping to manifest this month! ⬇️✨

Some days it feels like everyone else got the instruction manual that you never received.

If you have ADHD, autism, anxiety, or a combination of them, even simple tasks can feel exhausting. You may want something with your whole heart and still struggle to start. You may have a list of goals and spend hours thinking about them, only to feel guilty because you didn't make the progress you wanted. You may be called lazy when the truth is you're mentally fighting battles most people never see.

ADHD can make it difficult to stay focused, manage time, complete tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain consistency. Autism can make navigating social situations, change, sensory overload, and daily expectations incredibly draining. Anxiety can convince you that you're already failing before you've even begun.

And when those things stack together? It can feel overwhelming.

But hear me when I say this:

You are not your diagnosis.

You are not your unfinished to-do list.
You are not your missed deadlines.
You are not your bad days.
You are not your struggles.

The fact that something is harder for you does not mean you are less capable. It means you're climbing a mountain while some people are walking on flat ground.

Be proud of the things you've survived.
Be proud of the days you got out of bed when your brain told you not to.
Be proud of every small victory that nobody else noticed.

Progress is still progress, even when it's slow.

The world may measure success by speed, but your worth was never tied to how fast you move.

Give yourself grace.
Give yourself patience.
And most importantly, don't let your struggles convince you that you're broken.

You are still growing.
You are still learning.
You are still capable.

And if nobody has told you lately:

I'm proud of you for still being here and still trying.

You've got this. ❤️
