If you decide to set up recurring massage appointments, whether that's every few weeks or every few months, you'll receive a discounted rate that brings your sessions back to the pre-2026 price. π€©
There's no required schedule. You choose the interval that works best for your life and your body.
It's simply a way to make ongoing care a little more accessible for those who want to make massage part of their wellness routine. π

π Massage therapist confession:
π I can usually tell which shoulder has been carrying your purse... before you tell me.
Our daily habits leave little clues.
Sometimes your body tells the story before you do. π

π€ FAQ: Can I purchase a massage as a gift?
Absolutely. Gift certificates are available and are often given for birthdays, anniversaries, new parents, caregivers, or simply someone who could use a little support. π
Sometimes the most appreciated gifts aren't things, they're experiences. β¨

π TMJ Therapy
Did you know the muscles that control your jaw are some of the strongest muscles in your body for their size?
π¬ When they're constantly clenching or grinding, they can contribute to jaw soreness, facial tension, headaches, and even discomfort in the neck.
A lot of people don't realize how much tension they're carrying there until those muscles finally have a chance to relax.
If jaw tension has become part of your everyday routine, TMJ Therapy may be worth exploring. It can be a gentle, targeted way to help those muscles release and move more comfortably. π

One thing people don't always connect?
How much neck and shoulder tension can contribute to headaches? π€
π A lot of us spend hours looking down at phones, laptops, or driving with our shoulders slightly raised without realizing it.
Over time, that tension has a way of traveling.
Sometimes the source isn't where you feel it.
π If headaches have been showing up more often lately, you're welcome to reach out.

Fun fact: The marks from cupping aren't bruises. π
One of the biggest misconceptions about cupping is that the circular marks mean tissue has been bruised.
They're actually a response to the gentle suction created by the cups and usually fade over several days.
Not everyone gets marks, and when they do appear, they can vary quite a bit from person to person. β¨

One of the most important parts of every session happens before the massage even begins.
π Taking time to listen helps me understand what your body has been dealing with and how I can best support you that day.
Thank you, Caitie, for the thoughtful words and for trusting me with your care. π

πΏ Wellness Tip
Our hands do a lot more work than we give them credit for.
Typing, gardening, cooking, scrolling, carrying groceries... π
Every now and then, gently open and close your hands, stretch your fingers, and rotate your wrists a few times.
It's a small habit that can help ease everyday tension. βποΈ

π Deep tissue isn't about using as much pressure as possible.
A lot of people assume "deeper" automatically means "better."
Not necessarily.
Sometimes muscles respond better to slower, more intentional pressure than to working as hard as possible.
π― The goal isn't to use more pressure. It's to use the right pressure for what your body needs that day.

π Massage that comes to you.
One of the best parts of mobile massage is that you don't have to add another stop to your day.
I travel throughout the Omaha area, including Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Ralston, Bennington, Blair, Valley, Mead, Yutan, Waterloo, Springfield, Gretna, Louisville, Arlington, Fort Calhoun, Elkhorn, and Fremont.
Don't see your town listed? If you're located somewhere between Omaha and Lincoln, there's a good chance I can make it work. Just reach out and ask. π¬
The goal is simple: making it easier to get the care you need, right where you're most comfortable. π§‘
