Last but not least, we’ll highlight another exciting moment from our fundraiser, TEN. We had the absolute honor of showing the excellent solo entitled STORM, choreographed by Josie Metal-Corbin and Kyan Doubet. The performance featured live accompaniment by violinist Lucy Duke.
STORM is a metaphor for the seemingly endless chaos, confusion, and crises that are dividing our country.

Another amazing part of our fundraiser show, TEN, was the premiere of “Gleam Between Worlds” choreographed by Florian Lochner
“A secret magic shimmers through the work, tracing an untamed spirit forever balancing freedom with the forces that sent contain it.”
tbd was honored to have worked with Florian in an intensive-style weekend of rehearsals. Your continued support of tbd will continue to allow us to bring amazing artists such has this to Omaha.

As we move into a new year, we’re reminiscing on our 2025 fundraiser show, TEN, which took place on October 4.
TEN was a celebration of ten years of tbd dance and film. Pictured here are some highlights from the opening piece of our show titled “Early Hours”, as well as our immersive screening of our film, “Waiting for Reality” (2018) directed by Nik Fackler.
The evening also included screenings of two other films directed Nik Fackler, “One Day, One Month, One Year” (2016) and “Hidden Places” (2021). All three films were created as part of Movement Series.
Huge thanks to Robin Putnam for stepping in and being our pop star for the evening!
We are so grateful to everyone who has supported tbd. this year, and all of the years before that!
