Unwind Massage & Bodywork
Unwind. Find healing in the power of therapeutic massage.
To my online bookers! A few things to note:
1. There are some November days open for booking. More openings in coming weeks! I will update when that is ready!
2. You will likely see some changes. One of those changes is that it will likely ask you to put a credit card on file. You do not have to use this credit card to pay for your session! This is strictly for no shows only. I am grateful to say I do not have many of those, but that is not to say it doesn't happen. As a small business owner, sometimes we have to make these necessary changes. Thanks for your continued support and understanding!
3. You should be able to cancel or re schedule sessions on your own. You do not have to utilize this! Feel free to continue reaching out to me personally. I am always happy to help with booking. This is just a convenience feature that is now offered.
Keep moving, stay healthy, and book your massages! 🙏
October booking available!!
Nothing makes my role as a Massage Therapist more fulfilling than helping people feel like they finally have a way to LET GO of their stress. Providing a space in which time isn't consumed by the demands of life, is a passion I am thankful to share with my clients massage 🙌

Seasonal allergies don’t just affect your sinuses—they can create tension and pressure throughout your face, jaw, neck, and shoulders. When your body is constantly responding to allergens, it often leads to tight muscles, headaches, and that heavy, “full” feeling in your face.
Massage therapy can help ease these symptoms in a natural, supportive way. Gentle work on the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders encourages lymphatic flow, helping reduce fluid buildup and sinus pressure. It also relaxes the muscles that tend to tighten when you’re congested or stressed, allowing for better circulation and a sense of relief.
At Unwind Massage and Bodywork, I focus on these often-overlooked areas to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more comfortable—especially during allergy season.
If you’ve been dealing with that lingering pressure or tension, your body might be asking for a reset! Imagine a hot towel on your face, with a little Eucalyptus oil, and a gentle squeeze of the sinus line above your eyebrows - the pressure will dissipate!
Feel free to reach out with questions or to schedule a session 🌿
