In honor of National Coffee Day ☕️ let me take a minute to show you what goes into my daily brew.

First, it’s worth mentioning that I personally don’t love starting my morning with coffee alone. Adding some protein to my coffee helps make it a little more balanced. I love the Paleo Valley Protein coffee. 👌🏼

I grind my coffee beans fresh every morning and use a French press, heating my water in a stainless steel pot. No plastic here. 🙌🏼

Then I add protein, A2 milk and a little cinnamon and typically use a homemade mug.

And THAT is my morning coffee. ☕️

McKenzie has been a part of our Bella team for over three years now. Although her role here has changed and evolved as her babies have grown, we couldn’t be happier to still have her as part of our team. And now we get to celebrate another sweet addition to her family!

A while back, we did a poll to see who could guess the gender and due date.

Turns out I apparently have psychic abilities because I chose 9/20 and a BOY… and Cassius arrived on 9/21! 😏 I’m calling that a win.

Most importantly, Mom and baby are both happy and healthy, and the whole family is soaking up those newborn snuggles and enjoying this special time together.

Meet our Rose Clay Face Mask. 🌸

If your skin has been feeling congested, oily, rough or just a little blah lately…this might be the addition your routine is missing.

Our Rose Clay Face Mask is a dry powder mask made with white kaolin and rose clay to help absorb excess oil and impurities.

It also includes oatmeal, honey and jojoba beads to help soothe, soften and gently exfoliate the skin.

Mix a small amount with water to create a paste, apply for about 5–10 minutes and rinse.

OR one of our favorite ways to use it? Mix it with our Fruit Acid Gel to combine physical and chemical exfoliation in one mask. 🙌🏼
