4 things that actually helped clear my acne

🩷 What you put in your body matters.
I didn’t realize how much my diet and overall health were affecting my skin until I started paying closer attention. Once I figured out what triggered my breakouts, things slowly started to improve.

🩷 Wear SPF every day.
I used to skip sunscreen way too often, but it really does make a difference. Sun exposure can make inflammation worse and cause acne marks to stick around longer than they should.

🩷 Less is more.
At one point I was using way too many products, thinking more would fix everything. It just made my skin more irritated. Cutting back and keeping things simple helped my skin calm down a lot.

🩷 Hydration is key.
Even if your skin is acne-prone, it still needs moisture. When my skin was dehydrated, it felt more sensitive and out of balance. Focusing on hydration made a big difference for me, switching to the hyaluronic acid and algae serum keeps my skin calm without clogging my pores.
