I started this account exactly nine years ago to journal my journey, share workouts and what I’m eating, with the hope to follow others who could also inspire me and give me ideas. Best decision to make this account. There’s been lots of highs and lows but I’m so thankful for the relationships I’ve built and to have this outlet. Thank you all for being here whether it’s been nine days or nine years. Love y’all. 💞

I’ve been working on cleaning out things in my fridge, freezer, and pantry lately and decided to get creative on dinner last night. Y’all this dinner was SO GOOD and serves 2. Sorry, since I made it up I measured with my heart.
What you need...
1 packet FLY BY JING Roasted Garlic Noodles
1/2 pound sausage
Broccoli Slaw (cole slaw will work)
Honey
Sriracha
Soy Sauce
Ginger (fresh or ground, optional)
Green onion (for garnish, optional)
Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
Sautee your veggies, brown you meat, boil your noodles, add the sauce, mix, and enjoy! 😋

Had a McD craving for a Big Mac and Large Diet Coke. Ran some errands on my lunch break and decided to give in. Did you know you can order your McD burgers without a bun?
