This is the one serum that people can’t do without. It calms down the hyper pigmentation. Most of us here in Florida have some kind of hyper pigmentation and you can either take care of it naturally or you can use Hydro quinone. Hydroquinone is known to be unsafe, which is why it’s usually prescribed for only three months. This you can use your round.
