Mermaid Nikki: The Wanderlust Mermaid

✨ Somewhere between the carousel lights and the turning of the world, a little bit of magic came to life. 🧜‍♀️🎠💫

And for a moment, wonder was all around me. 💕

Somewhere between the sea and the midway, I found a little piece of magic that feels like home. 🧜‍♀️🎠💖

It’s the last day of carnival season in Michigan, and this Wanderlust Mermaid is taking one final spin before we roll on to the next adventure.

The rides come down. The lights go dark. The midway moves on…

…but a showman’s heart is always dreaming about the next place the road will take us. ✨

Until next season, Michigan. Thank you for the magic. 💕🎪

🎈🧜‍♀️ Sometimes you have to let your dreams carry you away… ✨

Maybe that’s why I found myself beneath a sky full of puffy clouds and hot air balloons, surrounded by the bright lights and wild colors of the midway, dreaming a little bigger than usual. 💕🎡

They say “the sky’s the limit,” but I’ve never been very good at believing in limits. 😉 If you can dream it, chase it. If it feels impossible, dream a little bigger. And if the wind changes… let it carry you somewhere beautiful. 🌬️✨

From the ocean to the open road, from carnival lights to blue skies above—this mermaid has learned that the best adventures often begin with a little bit of courage and a whole lot of dreaming. 🌊🧜‍♀️🎈

So here’s your reminder: spread your fins, lift your eyes to the sky, and go chase that dream. 💖

Because sometimes the dream isn’t just to reach the horizon…

It’s to fly. 🩷💜💙

🎠🧜‍♀️ Where the carnival meets the sea… anything is possible. ✨

Some mermaids dream of castles beneath the waves…
This one apparently claimed a carnival ride instead. 😂💗

There’s just something magical about being a showman — chasing the next adventure, finding beauty in unexpected places, and turning ordinary moments into a little bit of wonder.

Today’s kingdom? A carnival ride.
Today’s throne? A very questionable seat.
Today’s tail? Absolutely magnificent. 🧜‍♀️👑✨

I may be a Wanderlust Mermaid, but the truth is… I’ve always been happiest somewhere between the road, the water, and the next great adventure. 🌊🎪💕

So here’s your reminder:
Don’t be afraid to be a little unconventional.
Claim your space. Chase your wonder. And when the opportunity comes… let your tail fly. 🧜‍♀️✨

✨🎪 Where the magic of the midway meets the mermaid’s world! 🧜‍♀️💖

“Where it’s covered in all the colored lights, where the runaways are runnin’ the night, impossible comes true, it’s takin’ over you…” ✨

From the carnival lights to a mermaid perched on a carousel horse, this is what happens when a showman’s heart meets a mermaid’s soul! 🌊🎠
Life on the road may be unconventional, but there’s something extraordinary about chasing the lights, embracing the unexpected, and turning a little bit of impossible into everyday magic.

And darling, when you’re a wanderlust mermaid, the greatest show isn’t just something you watch… it’s the life you create! 💖

🌊✨ 39 trips around the sun… and still making waves! 🧜‍♀️☀️

Another year around the sun, another year deeper into my own little ocean of magic. 💜🌊

At 39, I’ve learned that life isn’t about staying on the surface—it’s about diving deep, finding the pearls hidden in the chaos, and having the courage to keep swimming when the current changes. 🐚✨

Here’s to another year of saltwater, glimmers, wild adventures, big dreams, tiny moments of magic, and a whole lot of mermaid mischief. 🧜‍♀️💫

May 39 be my most magical chapter yet.
Same mermaid. Deeper waters. Bigger waves. 🌊👑

Deep Calls to Deep 🌊✨

Be unapologetically you.

Not the version that makes everyone comfortable.
Not the version that shrinks to fit someone else’s expectations.
Not the version that whispers when your soul was made to roar.

There is something sacred about becoming fully, wildly, authentically yourself.

“Deep calls to deep.” 🌊
— Psalm 42:7

The deepest parts of you recognize the deepest parts of others. Your passion will call to passion. Your courage will awaken courage. Your authenticity will give someone else permission to stop pretending, too.

So dive deeper.
Follow what stirs your soul.
Let your light be strange, brilliant, messy, beautiful, and entirely your own.

You were never meant to be everyone’s cup of tea.
You were meant to be uniquely, unapologetically YOU. 🧜‍♀️💜

And perhaps the people meant to find you…
will recognize you from the depths. 🌊✨
