The Salty Cow LLC will be at 3 more markets this week, Gainesville! We’ll have domestic and imported cheese, Parmesan crisps, fresh mozzarella and our full roster of cheese spreads available. Come visit with me at the on Thursday, the Haile Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and The Misfit Market (322 SW 4th Ave from 12-5PM) on Sunday. 🧀 😀

I got an old favorite back on my chopping block! Artigiano is a semi-firm cheese with tiny crystals. It’s been rubbed with sweet cipolline onions and tangy balsamic vinegar, making it a cheese that’s nearly impossible to stop eating and one that emphasizes the flavor notes of Parmesan that are in it. It’s best to wash it down with a New England IPA or Cabernet. I’ll have it with me at in Lakeland tonight (10/29) from 6-9PM and at the Winter Haven Farmers Market tomorrow (10/30) from 8AM-1PM. Come get a taste. 😋 🧀

The Salty Cow LLC is bringing so many tasty cheeses to the GNV Market at the Heartwood Soundstage tomorrow (10/14) from 4-8 PM. Come listen to tunes, grab a brew and get a taste of cheesy goodness. You can find parking for the venue across from Boxcar Beer & Wine Garden at Depot Park. 😀 🧀
