Energy isn’t just about caffeine… it’s about how your brain is functioning.
This is one of the formulas I reach for when I want cleaner, more focused energy without the crash.

If you’re dealing with mid-day fatigue, brain fog, or low motivation… this might be worth looking into.

I’ll link it for those who are interested.

Waking up at 3AM… even though you’re taking progesterone?
It might not be your dose… it might be histamine.

Progesterone is often calming and sleep-supportive…
but here’s what many women aren’t told:

👉 Progesterone can interact with histamine pathways
👉 And histamine tends to spike at night (around 2–4AM)

So if your histamine load is already high…
you might feel:
• waking at 2–4AM wide awake
• racing heart or anxiety at night
• itching, flushing, or warmth
• restless, broken sleep

It’s not that progesterone is “wrong” for you…
it’s that your body may need more histamine support alongside it.

What can help (depending on your situation):
• supporting DAO (histamine breakdown)
• quercetin or stinging nettle (mast cell support)
• looking at gut health + triggers
• timing of progesterone
• in some cases, H1/H2 support (with guidance)

This is where hormones + immune system + gut all intersect.

No one talks about this part of menopause…
but the itching is real.
Ears. Scalp. Skin. V***a. Even ni***es.
And it’s not random.
As estrogen declines, your skin loses moisture, elasticity, and barrier function.
That can show up as dryness, irritation… and yes, itching in places you didn’t expect.
The good news?
There are ways to support your skin, calm the irritation, and address the root cause.
You don’t have to just “deal with it.”
If this is happening to you… you’re not alone 🤍

If your ears are randomly itchy… it might not be “just dry skin.” 👀
Low estrogen + higher histamine = sensitive, itchy skin… even inside your ears.

2 quick fixes:
• Fluticasone NS or tiny hydrocortisone (outer ear only)
• Support your skin barrier (omega-3s + hydration)

Not in your head… it’s hormonal. Let me know in the comments if you are experiencing this annoying symptom and how are you dealing with it.

“Some supplements ONLY work… if you pair them correctly.
Take them alone? You might be wasting your money.”

Here are 10 common mistakes I see as a pharmacist 👇

1. Vitamin D → needs Magnesium
Magnesium activates vitamin D so your body can actually use it.

2. Calcium → needs Vitamin D + K2
D helps absorption. K2 tells calcium where to go… bones, not arteries.

3. Iron → take with Vitamin C
Vitamin C increases absorption. Avoid taking with calcium.

4. Omega-3 → take with food (fat)
Fat improves absorption and reduces fishy burps.

5. Magnesium glycinate → take at night
Supports relaxation, sleep, nervous system.

6. Magnesium L-threonate → brain support
Only form that crosses the blood-brain barrier → cognition, sleep quality.

7. Creatine → take consistently (daily)
Timing matters less than consistency for muscle + brain benefits.

8. Probiotics → timing matters
Take on empty stomach or before meals for better survival.

9. Curcumin → needs black pepper (piperine)
Increases absorption up to ~20x.

10. Collagen → pair with Vitamin C + protein intake
Vitamin C supports collagen synthesis. Protein ensures building blocks

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m very selective about what I use consistently.

AnteAGE is one of those products.

Not because it’s trendy…
but because it’s built around something we actually use in medicine:
👉 growth factors + regenerative signaling

As a compounding pharmacist, I look for products that go beyond surface-level hydration — and this is one of the few that focuses on skin repair and regeneration. AnteAGE

✨ What makes it different:
• Bone marrow–derived growth factors
• Cytokines + peptides to support skin repair
• Biosome delivery system for better absorption

I’ve been using the Duo for over 2 years, especially alongside retinoids and exfoliants, and it helps keep my skin balanced, supported, and resilient.

đź’Ą And right now is their Spring Reset Sale:
25% off from March 23–30/2026
(They only do this about 3 times a year)

If it’s been on your list… this is the time.

There are a lot of supplements I recommend…
but these? I would NOT buy as a pharmacist.

Not because they’re “bad”
but because they’re often overhyped or poorly absorbed.

Here are 5 I’d skip 👇

❌ Biotin
→ low-dose biotin = minimal results

❌ Fat Burners
→ mostly stimulants, not real metabolism support

❌ proprietary blends
❌ Magnesium Oxide
→ poorly absorbed, more laxative than magnesium support

❌ Proprietary Blends
→ no transparency on dosing
I focus on:
✔️ clinical dosing
✔️ bioavailability
✔️ what actually works

I could tell every woman in her 40s and 50s ONE thing to slow aging… it’s this:

It’s not a fancy cream.
It’s not a supplement.
It’s not even hormones.

👉 It’s reducing sugar… especially sugary drinks.

Because sugar doesn’t just affect weight.
It affects your skin, collagen, inflammation, and how fast you age.

When sugar binds to collagen, it forms AGEs (advanced glycation end products)…
and that literally makes your skin thinner, less elastic, and more prone to wrinkles.

And when you’re constantly sipping sugary drinks?
You’re creating repeated insulin spikes → chronic inflammation → faster aging from the inside out.

But here’s the good news… you don’t have to be perfect.

Start small.
Cut back one drink at a time.

Because what you do daily matters more than what you do occasionally.

Your future skin, energy, and health will thank you 🤍
