This weekend’s Mindful Meditation Brunch with Miss Corporate America was everything my mind, body, and spirit needed. ✨

Led by the incredible Amanda Shisler, we explored what it truly means to eat mindfully—to pause, breathe, listen to our bodies, and allow every bite to be intentional. I didn’t realize how much my body had been asking for this kind of awareness… and this brunch opened my eyes to new routines and practices that will absolutely transform my health moving forward.

The room was full of brilliant, kind, purpose-driven women. The energy? Healing. The conversation? Enlightening. The sisterhood? Indescribable. 💜

And let’s be honest—the food was a 10/10 and the vibes were top tier!

So grateful to have shared space with such powerful women this weekend. Here’s to mindfulness, wellness, and walking into the next chapter with alignment and intention.
