400-Pound Man vs. 1 Mile Run. Pushing closer to my goals!
Video inspired by .price running his mile, had to see how fast I was too
Weekly weigh-in! I stayed on track with my steps all week and was almost perfectly on plan with my nutrition, and it paid off with a 5 lb drop this week. A huge win, and I’m excited to keep this momentum going into next week!
Today was one of those nights where I could have easily fallen into the fast-food trap because it was late, it was convenient, and it would have been so easy to grab. But because I was prepared and had meals at home ready to go, I stayed on track with a macro-friendly choice instead: 700 calories and 45g of protein.
Preparation really eliminates excuses and keeps you moving forward toward your goals. This is your reminder to prepare for success and plan ahead!
Another day, another win! Nutrition and steps have been on track all week, let’s keep it going strong!
Weekly weigh-in! Overall, this was a pretty good week. I wasn’t perfect, but I was consistent with hitting my goals, and that matters. The scale was only down 0.2 lbs, but that was with an evening weigh-in instead of my usual morning one. I’m taking that as a huge win because at my size, there can easily be a 5–10 lb difference between morning and evening. Progress is progress, and we’re headed into next week ready to keep building. One day at a time!
Today I’m getting my steps in at the Pokémon Regional tournament in Orlando! It’s my first one, and I’m super excited to play. If you’re here too, make sure you say hi! I even met my first follower today who wasn’t from my gym, which was such a cool moment.
Today wasn’t perfect, but I still showed up. My nutrition was off because I went out to dinner, but it was worth it to enjoy a good meal with one of my best friends. I got my steps in, and even though I didn’t make it to the gym because I was out looking at cars, the day still moved me closer to my goals. Progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about continuing to show up the best you can, even on imperfect days.
I didn’t know I needed this until now! Cholula in a 64 oz bottle? This is going to be a staple in my kitchen. My favorite hot sauce, now in bulk!
The biggest heartbreak of 2026 no one’s talking about: Great Value rice has a “new and improved” formula and went from 230 calories to 380 calories, up by about 65%. This one hurts because it was a staple on the cut… looks like I’m making my own now.
