So today, my brain lied to me. It told me that nobody liked me since I got only 1 response to a post I made. I used my DBT skills to check the facts because that'snot true, but the anxiety was pretty bad. Things escalated and I had to leave mid volleyball game to go outside for a break. I was in a loud and crowded environment and severely overstimulated. Then, somebody that already triggers me touched me and I used all of my energy to not beat the s**t out of her. I decided that I deserved some retail therapy. On the drive to the store,my brain spiraled into SI and I started twitching because of the stress. I bought some stuff and made it home, though I was twitching the whole drive. Once home, I was finally able to relax a bit and the twitching decreased. It did not stop but it did decrease. Definitely keeping an eye on that.
