Have you ever lit a 100% soy candle? A lot of candles are marketed as soy, but are often blended with other, cheaper waxes.

Soy candles are amazing for many reasons, but also have some unique characteristics!

My soy wax is sustainably sourced here in the US versus paraffin candles that are petroleum based (cheap/big candle stores, we see you!)

They burn cleaner and slower than paraffin wax if taken care of properly! Don’t worry, I send a care card with every order!

Unique characteristics:
🕯”frosting” which is a white discoloration that only happens with soy! This can be more noticeable with colored candles (Hint: this is how you know it’s 100% soy!)
🕯rough appearing top after burning
🕯some residue left on the side of the jar

I absolutely love my soy candles and have one in every room!

The website has been stocked with a lot of new and returning goodies! Bath Bombs, Whipped Soaps, Sugar Scrubs and Candles!

I have been trying to focus on ingredients that I love as well as figuring out how to scale my business as a one woman show. A few items will start looking a little different and I’m very excited!

Here’s a sneak peek of the new labels which will be part of the restock launching tomorrow!

I heard that yesterday was International Women’s Day. I missed it because I was at the hospital all day and evening 😅

I just wanted to quickly introduce myself for anyone new! My name is Alyssa and I work full time in the operating room as a nurse and when I’m at home I’m working full time on my bath, body and wax melt business, momming and being a wife. I’ve got a lot on my plate, but I have an amazing and supportive husband and love every moment of it.

Every aspect of my business comes from me so shoutout to any other badass women out there doing their thing! ✨

Here’s the sneak peek of my candles that I promised you! I’m very excited to be adding both colorful and traditional candles. It wouldn’t be me if I didn’t add a little pizazz!

I think this is so fun because no two candles are alike!

The launch date is TBA but just know we are getting close!
