Meet our Irish Stout cold process soap bar 🍺

Crafted with a famous Irish stout beer and a deep, earthy blend of cedarwood, black pepper, frankincense, patchouli, and vetiver essential oils, this bar smells like a warm pub tucked into the woods on a rainy evening.

Naturally colored with cocoa powder, activated charcoal, and white kaolin clay to mimic the look of a freshly poured stout. Creamy “foam” top included ☁️

Our Spring Bloom bar is a soft, floral escape—crafted with bright bergamot and delicate geranium, then naturally colored with rose clay for that perfect blush hue.

It’s light, fresh, and just a little bit romantic… like the first warm day after a long Wisconsin winter 💐

🌱 The Soap Shed Experiment Begins…

This year, I’m trying something new—growing my own loofahs from seed.
Yep… the same loofahs that could eventually end up inside our soap bars 👀

Right now, they’re just tiny seeds getting their start indoors… but if all goes well, they’ll grow into full vines, dry out, and transform into the natural exfoliants you know and love.

No promises (because Wisconsin weather likes to keep things interesting 😅), but I’m bringing you along every step of the way—from seed → vine → sponge → soap.

🍊 Citrus Scrub 🍊

Bright, fresh, and just the right amount of scrubby. Our Citrus Scrub bar is part of our Signature Collection and is naturally colored with vibrant turmeric powder for that sunny golden glow.
Real orange peel adds a gentle exfoliation, while an uplifting blend of grapefruit, sweet orange, litsea cubeba, and lime essential oils fills your shower with a burst of citrus.

It’s the kind of bar that makes your morning routine feel a little more like sunshine. ☀️

Ingredient Spotlight - French Gray Sea Salt

One of the star ingredients in our Sea Salt Collection is mineral-rich French gray sea salt — harvested from coastal clay ponds in France and prized for its natural skin-loving properties.
So why do we include it in our cold process soap bars?

🧂 Mineral-rich – naturally contains magnesium, calcium, and potassium

Behind the scenes at The Soap Shed 🧼✨

This space might look simple right now, but it’s about to become my new soap-making production area — where recipes are tested, batches are poured, and hundreds of bars will begin their journey from oils and butters to finished soap.

Every shelf, table, and little bit of organization here means one thing: growth.

What started as small batches at home is slowly turning into a dedicated production space, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. More soap, more creativity, and more opportunities to share handmade products with all of you.
