We offer a unique experience to ALL levels of athletes (from beginner to elite). One competitive wave is available (with cash & other prizes) but for everyone else this is a CHALLENGE not a race. Make sure to celebrate the finish line; not the finish time!

With over 60 obstacles to choose from each of our events features at least 28 obstacles! (Most OCR’s only have 5-15). If you love Obstacles this is the event for you!

On race day, Natural Way Wellness Center will be providing pre & post race therapies consisting of isometric relaxation (PIR), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and trigger point therapy.
PIR and PNF strtches not only improve flexibility, but also improve muscular strength. Trigger point therapy alleviates tension and hypertonicity in muscle bellies, which in turn removes aches and pain and improves flexibility. With the combination of these therapies, athletes will have reduced chemical & physical stresses on their joints and run at an optimal level!

I have to take a minute and tell you that every week I come in with pain that has me at my crankiest. Then the minute I come in and meet with Dr. Brian Schnitta or Dr. Rissman (who really needs to get into 2008 an join us on FB) at Natural Way Wellness Center...I walkout feeling back to the "happier me".
