Let's talk policies! Policies are an extremely important part of running a successful business. Setting boundaries and putting my foot down is SO HARD for me, but it's something I have to do to keep my business and schedule running smoothly!

🌟Cancellations: any cancellation or reschedule must happen prior to 48 hours before your appointment. If it's within that 48 hour window, a 50% service charge will be incurred. If I happen to fill that time slot, I will refund your service charge.

🌟No call/No show: any appointments that are no call/no show will incur a 100% service charge. Please understand that if a client no shows an appointment, the likelyhood that I will fill that time slot is zero to none, meaning that that income is gone for me.

🌟Late: any late appointments that are 15 minutes or more past the original appointment time will need to be rescheduled and will incur a 50% service charge. Please understand that when you are late for your appointment, that forces me to either 1.) Rush through your appointment, which I never want to do. Or 2.) Make my schedule run late the rest of the day, and frankly that's not fair to my other clients!
