Please be advised that same day cancellations will result in 100% charge of the service you booked for. If you wish to cancel your appointment please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours prior by rescheduling in the first email confirmation that was first sent to you. Early Morning/Late Afternoon Appointments:
A $20 early morning fee will be charged for all appointment times Before 9:00am & After 6:00pm. Appointment Rules:
* Please No extra people or no kids unless they are being serviced
* Please have brows groomed and remove all unwanted facial hairs
* A late fee of $20 will be added if you are more than 15 minutes late. No exceptions. At the 15 minute mark your appointment will be cancelled completely. Failure to communicate will result in you not being permitted to book in the future.
