My love for baking started at a young age learning from my mother and grandmother. Using organic products, backyard eggs and the finest ingredients.
Homemade sourdough breads, baked goods and personalized sugar cookies are what i have to offer 🥰 I've just recently become a full-time stay-at-home mom, leaving the hospital I worked at for 14 years to pursue my lifelong dream of one day owning my own bakery. The name Blue Eyes for the bakery originated from my family; we all have baby blue eyes ;) My husband gave me the push to be home more and grow my business, leaving the corporate world behind. I have 2 young boys, homeschool, own 18 chickens, and run an in-home micro-bakery. My schedule works around my kids very busy school and athletic activities. I've always loved baking for my family and other people. After having kids, I wanted them to have foods that are better for their bodies, hence why I strive to use organic, natural, non-GMO products and foods that I can either grow myself or make for them. Knowing what's in your food is very important to me. I want to provide an option for those who want a more wholesome change to the nonhealthy foods that plaque our society. I strive to use Organic, natural, non-GMO products and want to share my passion for these healthier options for people and their families to enjoy.

Canning our own homegrown food is one of my many grandma hobbies and I LOVE it!!! 3 weeks ago my parents and I shredded about 8 heads of cabbage they grew from there garden. We placed it into a 6 gallon crock, salted and pounded down. It then sat for 3 weeks undisturbed to ferment. Today I was able to can 12 quarts!!!!

Rain, rain, go away come again another day. The bake stands will be open today 8-6 pm. The original bake stand at 512 creekside ct. Oxford is open now. But the one located at 5182 Baldwin rd. Oxford in the big purple stand will be open a little later after the rain has cleared. Grab your favorites before they are gone!!!

Bake stands are open and stocked!!! Yes, I said bake stands! Our original bake stand at 512 creekside ct. Oxford and our second location at 5182 Baldwin Rd. Oxford are OPEN today 8-8 pm or until sold out!!!!
- you want bread we have long fermented sourdough loafs- spiced pumpkin, croissant and original in small and large sizes
- you want something sweet: we have Rocky Road, chocolate chip,apple cinnamon with maple glaze, and pumpkin crumble cookies
- there is also salted caramel rice krispy treats, decorated sugar cookies and apple cinnamon focaccia
Your local hometown baker here with some great news!!!! Starting this Thursday you can get all the same great baked goods at a second location!!!! The original bake stand at 512 creekside ct., Oxford will still be open every Thursday but now you can also visit 5182 Baldwin Rd, Oxford ! 8-6pm or until sold out. I want to thank everyone for your continued support and making this second stand possible!
