You didn’t have to love my children, but you did. You didn’t have to stay, but you stayed. You didn’t have to sacrifice, but you sacrifice daily.
You stepped into a ready-made family and never once made my children feel like they were anything less than your own.
You’ve worked long hours, carried heavy burdens, and done things you didn’t always feel like doing because that’s what love does. Love shows up. Love serves. Love sacrifices.
The kids adore you. Watching y’all laugh, joke, wrestle, tease each other, and create memories together is what a dad does.
Thank you for loving my babies and being the best step dad! Thank you for being the man God sent to help lead, protect, and cover this family.

Today I held my very first error free published book in my hands.
Seven months ago, this was just a vision God placed in my heart. There were late nights, tears, edits, rewrites, prayers, moments of doubt, and moments of faith. But through it all, God remained faithful.
I am beyond grateful to announce the release of my first book:
Eagerly Expect to Receive

This book was written to encourage believers to trust God’s promises, strengthen their faith, and confidently expect Him to do what He said He would do.
As I look at this book, I’m reminded of Jeremiah 29:11:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
This accomplishment is not just about becoming an author. It is a testimony of what happens when we say “yes” to God’s call and remain obedient to the vision He gives us.
Many are called, but few say yes. I chose obedience, and God honored the journey.
Thank you to everyone who prayed for me, encouraged me, supported me, and believed in me throughout this process.
From the waiting room to the writing room… God did that. ❤️

My author proof copy came in Monday!! I am going to proofread my pages in my hand. Before I shipped I knew there were corrections to be made. I had to change the layout to fit the dimensions of the book size and that shifted my formatting, page breaks, spacing, ect. And the cover is off in the front (that I already fixed) the reason I just went ahead and got my proof copy is because 1. I rather finish editing my book in my hands🙌🏾. 2. My daughter cracked my laptop screen so I can’t edit, and wasn’t able to see all the mistakes because of that. I actually figured out how to do the front, back, and spine cover on my phone lol. But my laptop will be fixed soon so I’m not worried about it! The devil isn’t stopping the assignment! ✨

After months of praying, studying, writing, crying (in reverence), revising, and simply being obedient to God... my proof copies of my very first book have officially been ordered
Eagerly Expect to Receive is a faith-filled book centered on trusting God, standing on His promises, renewing your mind with the Word of God, growing in your relationship with the Holy Spirit, and learning how to eagerly expect to receive what Jesus has already purchased for us through faith.
This book contains personal testimony, biblical teaching, encouragement, healing, spiritual growth, and lessons God has taught me through both beautiful and difficult seasons of life.
I still can’t believe I wrote a whole book
Holding the proof copy in my hands soon is going to be such an emotional moment for me.
I’m beyond grateful to God for trusting me with this assignment and grateful for everyone who has encouraged and supported me throughout this journey.
