I’m still angry about the Cornell 7 🍇 case. And honestly, I feel like a lot of us should be angrier.

What has really bothered me is watching who chooses to speak up.

People will pick and choose what they repost. What they make a story about. What they decide deserves outrage. What they decide is worth using their platform for.

And I genuinely believe that says something about us.

You don’t have to have 100,000 followers to use your voice. You don’t have to be an activist. You don’t even have to have the perfect words!! Sometimes using your platform simply means refusing to stay silent when something matters like this!!

50 men stayed silent when a woman didn’t have a voice.
And still..where are the men?

Women all over the world are talking about this. Women are angry. Women are sharing information, educating each other, standing in solidarity, and demanding that this not be forgotten.

But men NEED to be part of that conversation too.

Women should not have to scream into the void every time another woman is harmed.

We need men who are willing to say, “This is not okay.”

Men who are willing to call out other men!!!

Men who are willing to stand beside women even when the conversation is uncomfortable.

Men who understand that advocating for women does not mean attacking men. it means refusing to tolerate the kind of behavior that puts women in danger.

And genuinely the silence is hard to ignore.

It reminds me of something bigger how often women are expected to be the ones screaming when another woman doesn’t have a voice.

I’m not asking anyone to blindly believe every allegation or pretend the legal process doesn’t matter. It absolutely does.

I’m asking people to just care enough to pay attention. To ask questions. And To demand accountability.

And to think about what you choose to use your voice for.

Because when something this serious happens, SILENCE IS NOTICED.

And I really hope more men start using their voices.
