Want to be respected as a professional massage therapist? Your online presence matters.

If you're mixing business with personal content—like provocative photos and selfies, partying, OnlyFans, or polarizing political content—you might be attracting the wrong kind of attention. Clients looking for legitimate therapeutic massage services may see this as unprofessional, while others may interpret it as an open door for inappropriate requests or bargain hunting.

Your social media is an extension of your brand. If you're using it to market your business, I strongly recommend keeping your professional and personal content separate. A clear, professional image helps attract the right clients—ones who respect your work and are willing to pay for it.

💡 Pro Tip: Create a dedicated business page for your massage practice and keep your personal content private or on a separate account. Show up online the way you want to be treated in your business!

✹ Growth is important, but it isn’t just about hustle ✹

You didn’t start a business to play it small—but that doesn’t mean you have to be in constant hustle mode. Growth comes in cycles. Some days are for learning, pushing forward, and expanding. Other days are for resting, restoring, and integrating what you’ve already built. Both are necessary.

Trust yourself. Honor where you are. Keep growing, in whatever way today calls for.

What season are you in right now—growth, rest, or somewhere in between? Drop a đŸŒ± or 🌙 in the comments. âŹ‡ïž

✹ IT’S HERE! The course I’ve been dreaming of (and wishing I had years ago) is officially LIVE! 🎉

This all started after seeing so many conversations in Facebook groups — LMTs saying, “I guess it’s time to hire
that’s the natural next step, right?” 😬

For some, it is the right move. But for others? It leads to overwhelm, burnout, and confusion. đŸ’„

I created this course because I know firsthand how hard it is to go from solo therapist to employer — and I want to make it easier for YOU. 💡

đŸ’Œ What’s Inside the Course?

✅ Step-by-Step Guides — From making the decision to hire to building your dream team.
✅ Done-for-You Templates — Offer letters, contracts, interview checklists — all ready to go.
✅ Leadership Tools — So you can lead your team with confidence (without micromanaging).
✅ Scaling Strategies — To help you grow sustainably (and actually make more, while working less).

đŸ’„ AND IT’S 50% OFF — but only for a limited time! ⏳

If you’ve ever thought about hiring but felt overwhelmed by the how, this is your sign.

Welp
 That Was Rough. đŸ€’đŸ˜”â€đŸ’«

If you’ve noticed my absence here, it’s because life knocked me out. First, the flu had me down for over 10 days, and just as I was starting to recover, my kindergartener brought home the norovirus—because, of course. So, the last few weeks have been a blur of fevers, exhaustion, and way too much laundry.

And let me tell you
the frustration of falling behind on work, social media, emails, and just existing as a functional human has been real. As massage therapists, we’re used to being the steady ones—showing up, holding space, giving our best. But when we’re the ones who need rest? It’s hard not to feel guilty, overwhelmed, or like we’re playing an impossible game of catch-up.

💡 So, how do we bounce back after being sick?
✅ Give yourself grace. You’re human. Your body needed rest, and that’s okay.
✅ Ease back in. Don’t overload your schedule just because you feel "better." Fatigue lingers.
✅ Hydrate & fuel up. You’ve been running on empty—replenish with real food and water.
✅ Adjust your body mechanics. If you’re still regaining strength, modify pressure and posture.
✅ Rebuild momentum slowly. Clients, emails, and content will still be there. Start where you are.

So, if you’ve ever felt frustrated after being forced to take time off, you’re not alone. I’m right there with you. And I know that slow, steady, and sustainable is the way forward.

What’s your go-to strategy for bouncing back after being sick? Drop it in the comments—I could use some inspiration! âŹ‡ïž

If you have an online booking system, you may understand that there is not a perfect software out there 😅

We experienced a scheduling flaw when multi day classes were full, students would be able to book on the second or third day of class. To circumvent this issue we do initial registration attached to the first day of class only.

Make sure you have read the class description and plan accordingly.

NMT classes: 1 day | 8CEs
Upper Body Barefoot: 2 days | 16 CEs
Upper and Lower Barefoot: 3 days | 24 CEs

Classes are 9a-6p for all days with an hour for lunch.

As always, please reach out with questions via DM or email. We are happy to help đŸ«¶đŸŒ
