Happy birthday to our sweet NMT instructor Meridith! We love you and your jazz hands! Today we celebrate you! đ„ł đ đđŒ

Want to be respected as a professional massage therapist? Your online presence matters.
If you're mixing business with personal contentâlike provocative photos and selfies, partying, OnlyFans, or polarizing political contentâyou might be attracting the wrong kind of attention. Clients looking for legitimate therapeutic massage services may see this as unprofessional, while others may interpret it as an open door for inappropriate requests or bargain hunting.
Your social media is an extension of your brand. If you're using it to market your business, I strongly recommend keeping your professional and personal content separate. A clear, professional image helps attract the right clientsâones who respect your work and are willing to pay for it.
đĄ Pro Tip: Create a dedicated business page for your massage practice and keep your personal content private or on a separate account. Show up online the way you want to be treated in your business!

âš Growth is important, but it isnât just about hustle âš
You didnât start a business to play it smallâbut that doesnât mean you have to be in constant hustle mode. Growth comes in cycles. Some days are for learning, pushing forward, and expanding. Other days are for resting, restoring, and integrating what youâve already built. Both are necessary.
Trust yourself. Honor where you are. Keep growing, in whatever way today calls for.

Welp⊠That Was Rough. đ€đ”âđ«
If youâve noticed my absence here, itâs because life knocked me out. First, the flu had me down for over 10 days, and just as I was starting to recover, my kindergartener brought home the norovirusâbecause, of course. So, the last few weeks have been a blur of fevers, exhaustion, and way too much laundry.
And let me tell you⊠the frustration of falling behind on work, social media, emails, and just existing as a functional human has been real. As massage therapists, weâre used to being the steady onesâshowing up, holding space, giving our best. But when weâre the ones who need rest? Itâs hard not to feel guilty, overwhelmed, or like weâre playing an impossible game of catch-up.
đĄ So, how do we bounce back after being sick?
â
Give yourself grace. Youâre human. Your body needed rest, and thatâs okay.
â
Ease back in. Donât overload your schedule just because you feel "better." Fatigue lingers.
â
Hydrate & fuel up. Youâve been running on emptyâreplenish with real food and water.
â
Adjust your body mechanics. If youâre still regaining strength, modify pressure and posture.
â
Rebuild momentum slowly. Clients, emails, and content will still be there. Start where you are.
So, if youâve ever felt frustrated after being forced to take time off, youâre not alone. Iâm right there with you. And I know that slow, steady, and sustainable is the way forward.
Whatâs your go-to strategy for bouncing back after being sick? Drop it in the commentsâI could use some inspiration! âŹïž

If you have an online booking system, you may understand that there is not a perfect software out there đ
We experienced a scheduling flaw when multi day classes were full, students would be able to book on the second or third day of class. To circumvent this issue we do initial registration attached to the first day of class only.
Make sure you have read the class description and plan accordingly.
NMT classes: 1 day | 8CEs
Upper Body Barefoot: 2 days | 16 CEs
Upper and Lower Barefoot: 3 days | 24 CEs
Classes are 9a-6p for all days with an hour for lunch.
As always, please reach out with questions via DM or email. We are happy to help đ«¶đŒ
