Life is an emotional experience. Some may bury, ignore, or avoid their feelings. However, we have found these four simple steps are helpful in getting through our emotions. Particularly those pesky negative feelings like anger, sadness, fear, worry, or doubt. As we practice these steps we move through and release our emotions and ultimately become unburdened.
