💐Happy Spring Equinox💐

Scientifically, Spring Equinox is when the sun sits directly over Earth, which causes the Northern and Southern Hemispheres to share sunlight equally! Essentially, night and day are about the same amount of time.

Spiritually, this is a time of rebirth and renewal! Some even consider this time to be the real new year! I am definitely excited for spring, flowers, warmer weather, playing outside with my babies, and preparing for the upcoming Rebrand of Asé Wellness 🥰

What better way to celebrate Women's History Month than to come to you UNFILTERED! During my fast in January, I was able to see myself more clearly! I realized, I'm 35 and supposed to have some scars, imperfections, blemishes, and signs of LIVING! I'm imperfectly BEAUTIFUL, curvy, and wonderfully made to do good things...PERIOD 💅🏾🎉 Celebrate all that is you, even if you're a work in progress 🥰

A big part of being well, is being loved properly!
Yes self love first but receiving love should be beautiful too!
My husband heard me saying I wanted a date and showed me that he heard me through our meals and activities!
Spent the entire day in downtown Chicago and I'm so grateful for quality time spent with the man that means the most!
