Why do you use coconut wax instead of soy wax?
At Green Koala, we believe the wax matters just as much as the fragrance. That's why we use a premium coconut crème wax blend in every candle we hand pour.
We love coconut wax because:
✨ It burns cleaner with minimal soot
✨ It provides an excellent scent throw without being overwhelming
✨ It burns slower and more evenly, helping your candle last longer
✨ It is non GMO and made from a renewable resource
✨ It creates the smooth, creamy finish we love
✨ It is considered a premium wax and costs significantly more than soy wax, but we believe the performance and quality are worth it
While soy wax is often considered a more eco conscious alternative to paraffin, large scale soybean farming has raised concerns about pesticide use and deforestation in some regions. Coconut wax offers a more sustainable option while delivering a more luxurious candle experience.
