my first hand at macaroons.
using rice flour and not almond flour.
they turned out soooo good. I don't have a proper mat for them but I have to say for the very first try it's not bad.

HELLO, all my wonderful friends, family and honoured guests.
I am putting together a fundraiser through my Bakery for my daughter, Calleigh.
She was recently accepted into the Colour Guard of Washington High.
She is responsible for raising $900 to cover band fees.
I have some baking items for this fundraiser that I am doing.
50% of the total purchase will go to her, and will help her complete that goal for the team.
If you do not wish for a bakery item but would like to help, that would be wonderful as well.
Everything will be going through my Cash App, Venmo, or cash, so I can keep track of what she is making. We will keep you up to date as the fundraiser continues.

Taking a break from baking for some dinner.
When I say I love All gas no brakes food truck I mean their food is addictive. Lol
I won one food meal from a giveaway they were doing. but there was no way I was walking away with just one. Its too good for that. Lol

There's just something about being able to whip up a batch of chocolate chip cookies, grab a glass of ice cold milk and sit down to enjoy them. It just brings a little joy to your day.
