Comb Your Eyelashes.

It may sound basic, but brushing out your eyelashes is a great way to make them appear longer and to promote growth. While there isn't a ton of science to back this, plenty of professional make-up artists and experts extoll the virtues of brushing your lashes out.

Apply Vitamin E Oil.

Beloved by both Kardashians and bloggers alike, vitamin E oil has long been used to promote stronger and more moisturized eyelashes. While science hasn't definitively proven it promotes hair growth, you can't argue with hundreds of Amazon reviewers.

Use Olive Oil.

There's a lot of lore out there that olive oil can improve the length and strength of your lashes. Natural olive oil is rich in essential fatty acids that act as emollients, moisturizing and softening your eyelashes.

Lay it down above your real lashes and then open your eye. This will give you an idea of how the lash will sit on your unique eye shape and how much to snip away.

It is recommended that you apply one thin coat of mascara to your natural lashes before applying fake eyelashes. This allows the falsies to easily stick to your natural lashes, and provides a more natural, seamless blend.

Try a Primer:

If your lashes are on the weaker or thinner side, try sweeping on a coat of lash primer before applying your mascara.

Choose your mascara carefully.

Even though a tube might promise to do everything (like adding length, volume, thickness, and definition), that’s usually not the given result since a single tube can only pack so many effective ingredients.

Put a drop of oil on a clean brush or your finger, and apply it to your eyelashes before going to sleep. You can use one oil or mix a composition.
