A little bit of everything to keep the body, mind and soul energetically aligned with the best version of ourselves! We specialize in pampering the body and mind through Body Sculpting, Holistic Services and have now partnered with our Kid's friendly Dance Studio at Ensemble Academy in Mission, TX, for body movement classes! We have a wide variety of services in our Pharr studio, from weight loss and body contouring treatments to facials and different types of massage therapy, including holistic services that relax the body, heal the mind and realign our energetic centers. Our Holistic Services benefit people of all ages. (More information coming soon)

Our dance classes include Movement Meditation, Zumba Dance Fitness, Toning, Zumba Gold, and other seasonal dance lessons for children, such as Beginner's Ballet, Jazz, Tap and even Flamenco!! (Thanks to our very special partnership with Spanish Arts Production)
