Seeing InnerG Garden on the shelves really is a blessing & confirmation to stay focused & reroot as many times as I need to stay in alignment. Thank you in advance for clearing the shelves for me🤗🌿💛

Do you love a slow morning? 🌞 I’d but I don’t always get to have them. Those days are over though, with intention, focus, & routine..I can have them daily.

I’ve talked about creating the life I want so here’s the action to move towards it. 🙌🏾This rising I have:

1. Completed my prayer & meditation session before getting out of bed. 🧘🏾‍♀️
2. Moved my body (HIIT & Yoga) 💪🏾
3. Journaled to clear my mind & express gratitude
4. Read 10 pages (I have too many books not to be reading daily..I’m doing better🤗

I really didn’t feel like getting up at 6 this morning but I’m grateful & glad I did. I’m leaning into discipline as a form of self love. I hope & pray you make an effort to be who God is calling you to be today. No matter how small.

Grand Rising & Happy Friday!

I’m grateful to be awake & just chewed some cloves. Ive tried it a few times but i am really considering adding to my rising routine.

This is an open letter to anyone who needs encouragement today:

Please take your power back. Recognize it & understand..YOU CONTROL YOU! The weight of the world is heavy so why tf are you trying to carry it?

Take a break today, do something for you. Give your soul the love it requires. I truly believed this would go another but since it didn’t let’s get to the INTERNAL SOUL WORK. Get into COMMUNITY & SELF PRESERVATION. We are the only ones not leaning into this but we need to be. 😕

God is the true controlling force & it’s up to you to move forward & lean into what God is putting on your soul. I know it’s tough to pay attention to you with all this going on but I can guarantee YOUR SOUL WILL THANK YOU! 🤗It’s tough to watch but we much unify, prepare, & most importantly get more self aware!

In times I do not understand I am grateful God is always near & has given me a soul and the ability to co-create in this lifetime. Take your power back, recognize it if you don’t see it. Understand you control you!

The world & this country is going to keep being the hectic place it is. Continue to remind yourself we are in this world & not of it‼️
