How Long Does Hair Have to Be to Wax?
💈Ideally, you want hair to be long enough to get stuck in the wax and pulled out. But you don’t want it so long that it hurts any more than necessary.
⏳You should allow for one full growth cycle. This is typically about 4 to 6 weeks. It should be about ¼ of an inch long.
✂️If the hair is too short, it may not be fully removed. This can lead to repeat pulls in an effort to get more hair out. This can be very irritating to the skin.
👍🏾Once your hair has completed a full growth cycle, and is longer it will adhere better. Waxing will be quicker, less painful, and will also leave your body smoother😉

*Dipping your hands into your products can transfer bacteria to your product and cause it to spread. It’s best to have a disinfected spoon or popsicle stick! 🥄
*Wash or change your face cloth every 3-4 days. A damp rag is the perfect place for bacteria to grow, so make sure within those 3-4 days you’re hanging up your face cloth so it can dry properly! 🧼
*Changing your sheets weekly is a great way to see a change in your skin. But particularly your pillowcases! If you have more acne prone skin, it’s best to change your pillowcase daily. Try adding it to your self-care Sundays! 🛌
