My number one tip when making soap...Measure EVERYTHING before mixing anything and here is why.

There’s nothing like that soap cutting sound! 🔪✨
After a patient 48-hour wait, the swirl reveal never disappoints. Every slice shows off its own little surprise—proof that patience really does pay off in soap making.

Now these beauties head to the curing rack for 4–6 weeks, where they’ll harden into long-lasting, gentle bars that just get better with time.

Which one are you grabbing first? 👇

This is how those perfect bars come to life. 🧼 I use my cutter to slice each loaf into a usable size. This batch is my triple butter blend, which customers love for dry skin, eczema, and acne.

Rebatching means none of those nourishing butters and oils go to waste. Every bar still carries the benefits it was meant to deliver. ✨

The very first cut… there’s nothing like it. 🤩 A full loaf transforms into individual bars, each one ready to cure and shine. It’s one of those moments in soapmaking that never gets old.

If you’ve ever made soap, you know, every step has its own kind of magic. Do you get the most joy from mixing, pouring, cutting, or using the bar for the first time? I’d love to hear your favorite part of the process.

My soap cutter and I are not always on the best terms 😅 Cutting a loaf of soap can feel like a workout, but I found a way to make it easier. In this video you can see two different cutting methods side by side.

Which one do you think is my go to? Hint: it is the one that lets me save my arms and still get those clean bars 💪

This is where everything comes together. ✨
Oils, lye, and patience—slowly blending until we hit that perfect trace. It’s the moment when the mixture goes from “ingredients” to actual soap.

This part sets the tone for the entire batch: the texture, the swirl, the finish. We’re not rushing it. We’re letting it tell us when it’s ready.

Stay close—pour is coming next. 👀🧼

The moment of truth! 🤩
This is where all the mixing and measuring finally pays off—when the colors start to blend and that swirl design comes alive. Watching it come together never gets old.

This batch is a bright citrus blend, packed with skin-loving shea butter. 🍊💛 Smooth texture, creamy lather, and that fresh scent that fills the whole studio.

What’s your favorite part of the cold process method? And if you could pour one dream scent combo—what would it be? 👇

From liquid ingredients to that creamy, pudding-like texture—this is where the real magic happens. ✨

That moment of trace isn’t just about looks—it’s chemistry, safety, and artistry all in one. Hitting the right trace means your soap will set properly, hold its swirl, and cure into something both beautiful and skin-loving.

It’s the part of soapmaking that separates “mixing” from creating. 💛

Cutting time! 🔪
There’s something so satisfying about switching to the multi-bar cutter—clean, even slices every single time. What used to take forever now feels like precision therapy. Each bar comes out uniform, with those crisp edges that make the final product shine.

Every soapmaker has that one tool that completely changes the process. What’s yours? 👇
