Coming off a heavy depression. I haven't made product in months tho people have been asking. I had stock left, so I was staying afloat. Some of you know, but im a full-time overnight nurse, so my days get away from me.
I currently have orders to fill, and stock is either low or im out. So here I am, finding the motivation to get moving.
Idk what causes me to go so deep in depression but it happens it's life.

It's hard trying to be creative when I have to work full time (with overtime), and then there are kids and life. Lol, anyway... I'm still around.

Yes! I still make juice!
No waste over here.
Dehydrating the pulp to make veggie and fruit powders to mix into smoothies or while baking.
Tea, im making a tea concentrate. Pineapple skins, ginger, and citrus peels.
Vinegar! Can be for cooking or for cleaning. I use it for both.
The rest of the citrus peel will be candied.
These are just different ways I use my produce.
