Eating healthier and working out has never been a struggle for me. My biggest struggle is Consistency!!! Over these last few weeks I’ve been focusing on being more consistent with my nutrition plan and being more on purpose with my fitness goals. Consistency = Results and I’m excited about my results thus far. Our 21 day back to basics challenge starts on September 20th!!! Comment below or inbox me if your up for the challenge!!!!
