A little over 2 weeks ago our favorite Tio in Puerto Rico transitioned. We knew since July this would most likely be the outcome but I never lost my faith that he would overcome his diagnosis. I’m SO grateful for all of the time I got to spend with him all these years and even more grateful for all the time I got to spend with him on his land in PR. Knowing family history has always been important to me and I learned SO much from him. Tio Julio is 1 of my grandfather’s brothers and the one who reminded me of him so much. He was a like a 2nd father to my mom and spoiled us SO MUCH! While we are all grieving the one who needs the most love and prayers during this time is our Tia Emilia who was with him for almost 60 years and never ever left his side. I’m sure she will need it when everything quiets down and everyone goes back to their normal life.❣️ (Don’t steal my captions. Speak from your own heart!)

Redsssss🥰 I love red hair. Yes it has to different tones in purpose. She already had the blonde chunks and we decided to let those chunks stand out. We cute all the dead hair because it was so matted in the ends.

Posting this from a few weeks ago before she goes full blonde this weekend. She let her hair breathe from coloring it for a year or a lil over a year. It’s super healthy and even after we did the balayage her hair’s texture did not change. 😍🥰

She showed me exactly what she wanted and emphasized that she did not want the V shape in the back. 💇‍♀️ This is how layers are supposed to look! ✨
