A: Boundaries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have had so many women tell me this past year working from home as them logged on to work longer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Leaving work to be home at a certain time or to pick up the kids was a boundary. Having the kids in school or daycare allowing you to focus on work during the day was a boundary. Maybe part of the reason you are so exhausted is because what few boundaries you did have were lost and now everything blurs together. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here's the thing, work is never going to tell you to work less, or take it easy because you have been working too hard. It's up to YOU to put those boundaries in place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💕 No one will respect your boundaries if YOU don't respect your boundaries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's not rude or selfish to have boundaries. If you don't, then the people and things that matter most get what's left of your time and energy instead of your best time and energy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🛑 Stop letting others steal your time and energy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What's one boundary you can put back in place today? Logging off at a certain time, maybe a half hour earlier? Saying no to something you don't want to do? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

💕 Better yet, can you take a look at what is taking up most of your time and energy and see how that aligns with what matters to you, what you value, matters to your goals? If it doesn't you have an opportunity to redistribute your time and energy to what does by setting some boundaries. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As things go back to normal, you don't need to go back to your old ways, if you don't want to.. You can choose to return with more boundaries to protect your time and energy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I REMEMBER THE DAY LIKE IT WAS YESTERDAY. It was the day I decided to create this very account. Before this account, I was just trying to blog about my spa experiences, but I knew that I could connect with my community of spa-loving people on a deeper level here. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Where I could share and practice living a spa lifestyle in the everyday. And where I could inspire other to take their own life-enhancing wellness trips to create a healing shift on many levels - physically, mentaller, emotionally, and spiritually and learn positive lifestyle changes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So, I am taking some time to focus on the most critical aspects of my life and business right now.
