Gina’s calendar stays booked and her heart stays soft, so her hair needed to match that energy. ✨
We brought back warmth + brightness for that “alive again” glow, then laid a cool, neutral overlay on top to keep everything balanced as long as possible (aka: slower slide into brass-ville). She drives nearly an hour to sit in my chair, so the goal was simple: fresh color and a flattering cut that can stretch, so she can spend more time living and less time maintaining. 🤍
To every woman holding down work, home, and everyone else’s needs: you deserve hair that supports your life, not another item on your to-do list.
Shoutout to .murphy02 for killing her first day as my studio assistant. She not only took care of the ungodly mess that has been piling up in my studio, but look at these luscious curls too💕
Want a low-maintenance refresh that stays cute between appointments? DM me “STRETCH” and I’ll send you my go-to plan for a long-lasting color + cut schedule (plus the at-home steps to keep it neutral). 😉
This year was spent rediscovering and accepting the parts of me that never needed to change… Like my red hair.
I usually have a lot more to say… But I think I’ll ditch the urge with the rest of 2025, and keep it short.
Cheers to more self care.More exploration.More love.More life. HNY✨
Big change… but make it quiet luxury 🍎✨
She came in wanting something noticeable, not noisy, so we hacked off about 4 inches and gave her a low-commitment cut + color that still hits every time she catches her reflection.
Now she’s stepping into the new year, a new career, and moving to a new city, so we sealed the moment with a red glaze. Subtle in the shade, spicy in the light, basically the perfect “new chapter” filter for her Big Apple era. 🍒🗽
If you’re craving a refresh that feels like a reset without feeling like you’re breaking the bank or the internet, book your low-commitment glow up through the link above 😘

Meet Amara — mama to baby Stanlee (tell us you’re a marvel fan without telling us you’re a marvel fan 👀) and owner of this luscious mile long mane we’re about to obliterate. After a year of growing life and growing hair, her last trim was sometime around… pregnancy. Yikes, but also: RELATABLE.
Because like so many new moms, self-care quietly slid to the bottom of the priority list the moment her tiny hero arrived. Postpartum comes with all the shifts — body, identity, emotions, routines — and it’s so easy to lose yourself in the process.
So today, we honored a soft, gentle truth:
💚 You don’t have to leap. Baby steps count, too.
And we started with one liberating step — a fresh, healthy chop to mark her return to herself. A reminder that you’re allowed to feel good again. To look in the mirror and recognize the woman and the mother you are evolving into. To choose you, even in small ways.
If you’re a new mom ready to reclaim a little bit of “you” again…

Your glow-up is waiting — and we’ll take it at your pace. 💇🏽♀️🫶
Consultations are everything. 👏🏽
Jordan here, came in after seeing my post on my son’s grow-out process. Similarly, he’d gone short — and now wanted length again. He even brought in an old photo of a cut we did back in 2022, —peak high, tight, drop fade, f*ck boy hair era… when disconnects were heavy and everyone looked like they were picking up where they left off pre-Covid.
Our plan this time? Low contrast fade and lean into a low taper to help him transition smoothly into his grow-out phase — tailored to his ideal shape, texture, and goals.
What we realized during our consultation was how many people confuse a fade with a taper. (I used to be one of them) 🤔
Sometimes, it’s not about going tighter — it’s about keeping certain areas darker (longer) to create density, depth, and contour. That contrast builds the illusion of fullness and gives the head a clean, balanced silhouette.
Consultations give us the space to understand your goals, your hair history, and the details that make a haircut YOURS.
My son’s still growing his hair out with no end in sight, but after just two visits, Jordan’s already reached his target goal — proof that strategy always wins over trend. 💇♂️

Let’s do lil anticlimactic GRWM right quick. ✨
Every year, I spend my birthday quietly catching up on life and with myself. I treat the occasion like New Year’s Day, by hitting the reset button + making peace with where I’ve been and where I’m going. I’m not a sports fan, but as a Philadelphian I always appreciate the high energy and coziness felt in the city this time of year. I wasn’t able to fully spend the day with Myself, bc of the game and back to school night, but I couldn’t have asked for a better, more peaceful/wholesome day 🥰
Having to be a content creator at 36 to move up in my industry isn’t my cup of tea. Buuuut here we are.
This took me WAY too many attempts to post with the correct audio. SoOo drop me some e-props (where my Asian millennials at?) or wish me a happy belated birthday or something to keep my engagement up. Kthxbye😘
