Okay, So today i will be skipping the keto coffee and going for my juice instead. Unfortunately i still have not received my new product JUST CELERY so I'll be making my own juice from scratch this morning! 🤗🤗 Now you're probably asking why i am make drinking celery juice a priority. Well i can give you 4 reasons.
1. It Helps with digestion. TMI moment i have a hard time using the bathroom. Yes again!!! TMI lol
2. Cravings is reduced- i love this because when i do crave, i crave for something that's not good for my body or health.
3. No bloat- i hate the feeling of bloating, it's annoying.
4. More Energy!!!!! I work crazy hours, so i need all the energy i can get!!!!! So if you like what you read and would like to try my 90 day celery juice diet!
