Last weekend I had the chance to take a vinegar class with and I absolutely loved it πΏ
We learned about the history of vinegar, different types, and how it can be used in everyday life. My favorite part was tasting the different types of vinegar.. the balsamic vinegar from Italy was delicioussssss yallπ We learned how to make scrap vinegar from kitchen leftovers and creating a spring tonic for digestion and seasonal allergies.
We also learned how to use fruit shrubs for mocktails and a non toxic multipurpose cleaner which I thought was pretty cool.
If you are into herbs, natural living, or just love learning new skills I highly recommend taking one of her classes. I walked away with so much inspiration and practical knowledge.
So happy I donβt have the soap gene lmao, Iβm growing cilantrooooooo π€ππΏπ±
