Over the past few months, my perspective as a dietitian (and as a human) has grown - and so has the way I take care of myself. 💛

This season, I’m letting go of pressure to do things perfectly and embracing more rest, more creativity, more movement that feels joyful, and more space for what brings me fulfillment - professionally and personally. 🌼

Here’s to honoring progress over perfection and remembering that we’re allowed to evolve. 🌿

Hot days = low effort meals ☀️

These 2 recipes are minimal-prep, balanced, and totally satisfying (I’ve been OBSESSED with them lately) - so you can stay nourished without spending hours in the kitchen.

Turkey & Avocado Sandwich 🥪:

🧾 Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 3 slices of sliced turkey breast
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 medium tomato
- Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt & pepper (optional)

📝 Directions

1. Mash avocado + lemon juice, salt, pepper.
2. Spread avocado on bread, layer turkey + tomato.
3. Add Dijon if desired, close, slice & enjoy.

Kale Caesar Pasta Salad 🥗:

🧾 Ingredients

- Chickpeas: 1 can chickpeas, 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ¼ tsp sea salt

- Dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 garlic clove, salt & pepper (to taste), and 4 tbsp water

- Salad: 8 oz pasta, ⅓ cup parmesan (optional), 5 cups kale (or mixed greens)

📝 Directions

1. Roast chickpeas w/ oil, paprika & salt @ 365°F for 20–25 min
2. Blend dressing ingredients
3. Cook pasta & cool
4. Toss pasta, kale, cheese, chickpeas, and dressing. Done! ✅

Chlorophyll water is getting a lot of attention lately, but the truth is, you don’t need to buy expensive bottles to reap the benefits. 💧

A well-rounded diet packed with veggies like spinach, kale, and green beans gives you all the chlorophyll you need, plus fiber, vitamins and minerals essential for overall health. 🥬💪

While chlorophyll water isn’t harmful, it’s not a must-have. Focus on nourishing your body with food first to support your body in the best way possible. 🌿
