Is changing easy for you?

Day 10: I walked today. I saw 👀 a really cool 😎 El Camino and a few antique cars 🚗 I even saw a model car 🚙 in a driveway. My my I had no idea 🤷🏾 that so many cats 🐈‍⬛ were kept outside. There were probably a dozen young black cats and a slew of other colors, calico, 🐈 white, grey, those with stripes. I heard a few dogs and the people walking dogs 🐶 today had those miniature ankle biting dogs for the most part. 🐕 Things change from day to day. 🌞 Fun walk. I forgot my headphones 🎧 today, so I walked in silence 🤫 It wasn’t too bad.

I was alone with my thoughts 💭 for 💯 minutes. It was awesome 👏🏾

I’m still walking it out. I don’t know what kind of trees 🌳 had those giant leaves 🍃 but some of those leaves were twice the size of my hand 🤚🏾 Just growing wild on the side if the road. I saw 👀 lemon 🍋 and orange 🍊 trees. there were pomegranate trees and an older lady feeding about 5️⃣ cats outside on my walk yesterday. The neighborhood is bustling with trees and shrubs, flowers 🌹 and cats 🐱 I only heard a few dogs 🐕 on yesterday’s walk. Oh and a lady took her tires off her bike and rode it on rims down the street. That was a sight! 🤿

Day 8: Walking 🚶🏾‍♀️ 10K steps ✅. yes. 🙌🏿 I walked in the neighborhood and took on a couple of hills. Very cool. 😎 Good weather. No interruptions. 💩

Day 7: I walked Downtown San Diego, the Gaslamp and Seaport Village with a friend. No pics. 📸 I forgot. We saw kites 🪁 wwaaayyyy up ⬆️ in the sky. The wind was blowing 🆒 air for all. So, I’m still doing my walks and getting my steps in. Yay! 😁 I was dressed cute not in workout 🏋️‍♀️ gear but it got the job done ✅ anyway!!

How do you ensure you 🚶🏾‍♀️ get your steps in even when you have errands and want to look 👀 presentable? What’s your secret 🤐??

I am a teacher, 👩🏿‍🏫 I like to be comfortable and cute. I am down with a skirt and sneakers 👟 especially with a cute top!!
