6 years ago today we heard the words no parent ever wants to hear, Your child has cancer. Thank you Lord for healing her and for all the blessings you continue to bestow on us as a family.

Hard to believe it's been 4 years since we were told our little girl had cancer. We are so thankful that God let us keep her.

Look mom, no hands. My fearless Bella is doing awesome and has nothing to report except she is rocking kindergarten and playing on a soccer team. And how could I forget, going to be a big sister again to a little brother. Coming July 2016

Bella had another check up today and she remains cancer free! But another family is dealing with a 3rd relapse and very little options of survival left. Please pray for this child. I know God has a plan, but it is very difficult to see this family and kid suffer so much. We need a cure!

Absolutely devastating and our worst fear. Cancer can ruin your lives in a matter of minutes. From off treatment to relapse to a funeral home. Pray for this family who thought their lives were just getting better and has now been turned completely upside down. God has welcomed this little girl into heaven today.

Still cancer free as of today! Hope everyone had a great Christmas and has a safe New Years.

If we could all take a second to pray for this little girl who just finished treatment 5 weeks ago from the same cancer Bella had. I can only imagine what the family is going through.

***MAJOR PRAYER REQUEST***

Livvie may have relapsed and I need everyones help..

We need to start praying right NOW!

On Wednesday during Livvie 2nd off treatment Oncology appointment I was talking to her doctor and covering all of the normal things. I just happened to mention that for about a week, week and a half Liv has said a few times that her left forearm has been hurting her. To be honest I don’t know if I would have said anything if she didn’t say it again about an hour before her appointment. She wasn’t making a big deal out of it. It was more “ouch that hurts” and then nothing for days. When her doctor touched the area, Liv winced a little. Now, Liv's complaining about her bones is nothing new, but this time it wasn’t on a joint it was on a solid bone.

Her doctor said that she wanted to get an X-Ray just to be safe. She looked at me and said “Please don’t be worried or think that I’m worried about anything. She looks great, I’m just overly cautious”

So, Liv and I went to have the X-Ray done. I asked the technician if I would be able to stay and wait for the results. As we were waiting the Radiologist came out to see Liv. He also checked her arm and again she winced. He told me that he is seeing new bone growth. Now, the only time I have ever heard that term before is when one of the girls have broken a bone and it was healing.. So I asked him if there was a fracture.. He told me “No… no fracture” He said that with her history sometimes Leukemic cells can infiltrate the bone. He said the area was very small and if it was any other child who didn’t have her history he would have sent them home. The Radiologist and her Oncologist both agreed that Liv should have an MRI of her arm done to see if the marrow looks abnormal.

We went for the MRI yesterday and unfortunately, her marrow does look abnormal. Again it’s a very small area, but we were told that the size doesn’t really matter and that we may have just caught it very early. So, on Monday she will be having a biopsy of her arm where it’s been bothering her and a bone marrow aspiration from her hip.

While I was talking to one of her doctors I asked him if there was a chance that it was nothing and he said “Of course there is always a chance, but chances are she has relapsed. Hopefully on Monday we will be pleasantly surprise and it's nothing, but chances are it is the disease”

We have to be to the hospital first thing in the morning on Monday and will hopefully know something that day as well… IF our fears are confirmed she will begin treatment right away. Her Oncologist said it could start as soon as Monday, but no later than Wednesday.

The thought of having her face this beast again and especially only 5 weeks after treatment has ended is devastating. We are heartbroken, but have no time to feel sorry for ourselves… All that matters is getting answers and getting our girl healthy.

We need your help.. We desperately need prayers and we need a lot of them. We don’t really know yet what the road ahead will hold for us, but relapsed Leukemia is a completely different beast and the fight is much harder, but our girl is strong.

Please pray and share this post… The more people we have praying for our girl the better!!! We need to pray that this has only been a terrible scare and our girl is still cancer free!!
