Edit: this is a positive post. I brag on members how we rarely have to deal with this rule or charging people🙏🙏🙏

At our gym, we do have re rack fees. We want to build a community where members respect the gym, the equipment, and each other. Nobody wants to pick up after someone else, especially when they already have their own weights to put away. We have more equipment than most people can imagine and do everything we can to provide the best experience for our members. All we ask are two simple things, don’t steal and put your equipment back where it belongs. We may lose potential members by enforcing these rules, but I’d rather maintain our standards than lower them just to gain memberships. I’m showing people it’s not all about the money I’d rather lose money and have quality people than the opposite 💪

Another addition to the Fitness Mafia Athletics leg day area! We just added a Dynamic Inverse Leg Curl that came from Mississippi State University! This is one of the best posterior chain movements out there, and I can’t wait to put my athletes through it as well as add it into my own training. We’re grateful to be the only gym locally with one and even more grateful that we’re able to continue investing back into our gym and giving our members equipment you won’t find everywhere else. Another day on the road investing back into Fitness Mafia Athletics I love this part about owning a gym. No more wishing you had this, or wishing you had that. I see something I like we just go get it. I love training as well as gabby so we will always make it our mission to upgrade when possible or add where we can. We are fighting with space right now but one day we will have a huge building with a layout exactly how we want and the equipment selection will be even crazier than it already is 🔥

All four pieces are now back up and running at Fitness Mafia Athletics! Huge shoutout to local business Full Throttle Seat Co. for bringing these pieces back to life and for having only a TWO DAY turn around 🙌 We got New padding on some and all new marine grade leather for better quality and durability to keep up with our members training frequently and putting this equipment to work. We’re always investing back into Fitness Mafia Athletics and making sure our members have quality equipment to train on! What do your gym owners do on a Saturday night? Gabrielle Guidry had cardio and I finally fixed our seat on the nautilus nitro pulldown now we can use both handles without the seat sliding up. Shoutout to the random guy online for the pictures! A few questionable words later we got it done. When I started Fitness Mafia Athletics I told people members would be put first and this is what that looks like. Also shoutout to Brandi Tarter for taking care of some of the harder pieces to upholster. Next week we will have a few upgrades that I know some members will be very happy to see. New machine on the floor! My brother asked me about a ghd machine and I said well I have one just need to refurbish it because the wood dry rotted and needed new wood/foam/leather so this week I fixed her up and today we got it out on the gym floor! Great for abs/glutes/back! Hope members enjoy yet another great piece to train on 🔥

Next goal is a new building!!!! Praying we can keep growing so we can grow into a forever home! Until then I’m grateful for the start we have
