Sacred Earth Massage and Wellness

Red light therapy may support your mitochondria, the tiny energy factories inside your cells, helping them produce more energy.

Potential red light therapy benefits include:
• Increased cellular energy production
• Reduced oxidative stress
• Increased nitric oxide to support circulation

You don’t necessarily need an expensive red light panel to see benefits. A significant portion of sunlight is made up of red and infrared light.

Red light targets superficial tissues like the skin and hair follicles, while near-infrared light penetrates deeper to support muscles and joints.

Research has shown positive results using red light therapy for hair loss, knee osteoarthritis, fatigue associated with fibromyalgia, cognitive decline, and more.

Check with your healthcare professional before using red light therapy, especially if you have an existing medical condition or take medications or supplements that increase light sensitivity.

🐾💕 THREE SWEET BOYS, THREE LITTLE HEARTS, ALL WAITING FOR FOREVER! 💕🐾

What’s better than cuddles, kisses and belly rubs? Having someone to share them with every single day! 🥹❤️

🐈‍⬛ Peek-A-Boo (4 months) — Our little love bug! He absolutely adores cuddles, kisses and belly rubs. All he needs now is someone to spoil him forever.

🐾 Tres (3 months) — Once a shy little boy, Tres is discovering that humans aren’t so scary after all! Every day, he grows a little braver and learns just how wonderful love can be.

🐈‍⬛ Prince Charming (4 months) — Our adorable little observer! He loves watching everything around him, but the moment you walk into the room, he comes running for love and attention!

These three boys have warm beds, fluffy blankets and plenty of love while in our care. But what they’re missing is a family to call their very own. 🏡💚

Could one of these sweet faces be waiting for YOU?

💌 Message Sacred Souls Feline Rescue for an adoption application.

🐾 Please share! Their forever families might be just one share away. ❤️

🐾🖤 **BOO BOO UPDATE — OUR PRAYERS WERE ANSWERED!** 🖤🐾

Wonderful news from MSU — **Boo Boo’s eye is healthy and intact!** 🙏❤️

This sweet mama is only **9 months old** and has already endured so much in her short life. Now she has just one final hurdle: surgery to close the through-and-through laceration in her eyelid so her eye can remain protected. Without the repair, she is at risk of eventually losing the eye.

We are SO close to getting this sweet girl across the finish line. 🥹🐾

If you would like to help with Boo Boo’s final surgery and medical expenses, every donation — big or small — makes a difference.

From surviving outside to learning that humans mean love, safety and affection… **Boo Boo deserves her happy ending.** 🖤

Please donate if you can, and if you can’t, sharing her story helps just as much. 🙏🐾
