Luxe Paramedical Tattoo
Paramedical tattooing in Pittsburgh. Areola restoration, scar revision, and compassionate care.
Every awkward, embarrassed, half whispered question people are too ashamed to text their surgeon gets asked out loud here, first, before we even talk about the actual tattoo. That standing offer changes the whole room. Shame cannot survive in a place that already expected the question. Check out this post of my most commonly asked questions: https://www.luxeparamedical.com/blog/mastectomy-tattoo-pittsburgh-10-things-to-know-before-areola-restoration & DM if you’d like to chat. Lawrenceville & Squirrel Hill locations, Pittsburgh, PA📍.
If you had a mastectomy, top surgery, or a breast reduction and think your scar is just permanent now, read this.
You were probably never told there was another step.
Paramedical tattooing can change how a scar looks and feels. Not hide it. Actually change it.
Showing the before and after from session one. Texture & color is noticeably improved. More session results to come…Full breakdown is in the blog, message “Inkless” for the link.

Stretchmarks aren’t always just a color issue. 👀
Texture can play a big role in how visible stretch marks appear.
That’s why I don’t automatically reach for skin-tone pigment.
Depending on the skin, I may recommend inkless stretch mark revision or collagen induction techniques first to focus on texture and overall skin appearance.
Every treatment plan is customized. No cookie-cutter camouflage here.

Seriously, sunblock is so important for protecting scars, protecting your skin from aging and protecting your tattoos, including Paramedical tattoos. Make sure that you’re wearing a high number SPF(I use 100!) during the day, even in the winter time. Give me a tune you’d like me to sing my next banger to? Don’t threaten me with a good time, I’ll do it!
Part two incoming! Let me know if you recognize this song and what songs you would like me to do going forward about Paramedical tattooing, skin care, & whatever else you like really. Showtunes welcome!
