TRANSFORMATION starts with finding your WHY and then 💁‍♀️ you have got to get uncomfortable if you want to ⬆️ GROW

One of the most measurable ways my life is changing is
👇👇👇

➡️ The way I look 👀at each obstacle life presents to me and make that CHOICE on whether I will let it affect me in a ⬇️ negative way or a ⬆️ POSITIVE way

💥I no longer choose negative, I take a 👣👣 step back and make the DECISION to fail forward ⏩

⚡️One of my favorites is Hal Elrod who wrote miracle morning. He overcame so much trauma and adversity in his life and he made me realize that ANYONE can come out on top, if your 🧐 mind is in the right place.

💁‍♀️ I used to think working out from home would be unfulfilling for me, I thought the ONLY way to see improvements was spending 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ 2-3 hours in the gym👇👇👇👇

💁‍♀️I was afraid I would miss that atmosphere and not be MOTIVATED but now I am so GRATEFUL for the choice I made to FOCUS on these at home workouts 👇👇

➡️ All you need is a TV or device and a tiny bit of space..My favorite part about my space is that I KNOW that the place to becoming my BEST VERSION is literally 2 floors🪜 underneath where I sleep

💥It’s the place where I START most of my days
💥Where I focus and CLEAR my HEAD to be able to handle all life’s curves ⤴️↩️
💥Can act silly and show off my best dance moves🤪

👉This tiny space is where I made the best transformation that I DID NOT 🤔 THINK was possible

❤️ A girl and her dog, this is who is around nowadays

💁‍♀️ The older kids come and go but this time of year they are mostly gone

➡️ I can’t tell you how I look forward to 👀 seeing their faces on FaceTime or hearing their 📲 voices over the phone😊

➡️ or just looking down and seeing a 💬 text asking how my day was😊

💁‍♀️ You see my friends, what I have learned over the years with having such a huge 🗻 gap between all of my children, is that now that I get to be blessed🙏 with doing some of this over. I have found myself just embracing the craziness🤪 👇👇👇

❤️ So I will EMBRACE it when the older kids are here, although, I am truly thankful they were raised to be independent. I hope that they realize that in my 👀eyes, they always have the 🏠 comfort of home when they need it

😊So we will cherish the days with this girl and her dog because if we 😉 blink too many times, it will soon be just us and our 🐶 dog

💥 I use Monday’s to set the bar for what I want to accomplish for the week

💥Monday is always a fresh start

💥Heading into the week strong will carry you through the entire week

➡️We are also responsible for the direction our life goes in, I mean we CAN’T control the things that happen in life but we CAN control how we react to it

➡️How we will let it effect our lives

➡️ Do we take a 🧘‍♀️POSITIVE from the situation

OR

➡️ Let it continue to 🚰 pour negetivity into every other situation

😊So, listen up🙉🙉, in my opinion it’s all in your MINDSET, having that 💪strong mindset will carry 🕊 you farther than you can ever imagine..

🙋‍♀️ Ok let me see a show of hands 👋 if you think AGE has anything to do with fitness

➡️Truth be told, I was in my 40’s before I started making any serious fitness changes

➡️ It was in my 40’s that I figured out portion control and eating from all food groups, because they all have value

💥The real TRUTH is that we can improve no matter what age we are, both PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY

💥You can become the best version of yourself whenever YOU make the choice to do so

💁‍♀️So here I am, I just celebrated my 44th birthday last week and I am 👇👇👇👇

⚡️More confident
⚡️More comfortable in my clothes 👗
⚡️I have more energy and less brain fog ☁️
⚡️I have a better mindset and outlook

than I had 20 years ago
