These numbers mean so much to me, not only because I am helping my clients succeed and grow, but for personal reasons as well...

About a year ago I was told that I would never be able to get a marketing agency off the ground without someone else's help.

They scoffed at me when I finally put my foot down and walked away from a situation that was no longer serving me. They thought that I was going to stay in a position where I was highly under appreciated and being paid pennies for my work while others in the "company" were collecting a check for doing nothing. They thought I would stay because I desperately needed the money... They were so wrong.

I left and less than a year later I am THRIVING- mentally, physically, emotionally and professionally... I am the strongest I have ever been and I have everyone who has doubted me in past to thank for that. Had it not been for those men telling me I needed them, I wouldn't be well on my way to starting my own agency. Funny how things work, huh?

Anyway- this is not a post for pity or recognition, this is a post to let anyone know that just because someone doesn't see your worth, doesn't mean it's not there. Never doubt yourself and never let anyone make you feel like you can't succeed without their help💯

I personally love that Instagram is letting users decide what they want to see. However, from a professional standpoint I know this means brands only have to work even harder to stand out on social media😟

Here's my biggest tip as we head into the newest era of the Instagram feed... don't try to speak to everyone, start with a small group who you know you can impact and stay dedicated to the experience you are providing them. In time, your small group will expand to where it is meant to be- filled with returning clients who are loyal and invested in your brand✨

Anyone (with a license) can cut hair, give a facial or inject neurotox... but what they can't do is provide clients with the unique, high-quality brand experience that you offer💯

This means that if the social media agency you hired isn't helping you perfect your client experience, you're not unlocking your companies full marketing potential
